THE
ART BARN
THORNBURY

ABOUT US
The Art Barn is unique; it has been a piggery and subsequently a pottery. For over 30 years Chris Zair's pottery was widely known and widely loved. Chris's family wanted the building to remain a creative haven.
We (Jenny and Bill) converted it into an art barn (thank you to our builder Shaun Turner) for local artists and makers of all styles with a leaning to more unusual works. To see the renovation click here.
The Art Barn is an art gallery located on Grovesend Road in Thornbury. It is host to a range of arts and crafts where you are able to view and purchase some incredible local artists work or just sit and relax with a coffee.

LOCAL PRODUCE
Local honey is also on offer from our neighbour, 93 year old Deryck Huby, who has been gathering honey all his life from hives that have been passed down from his great-great-grandfather.
Deryck's bee hives are local to Thornbury and jars of honey are available at £5 each with all proceeds going to Deryck.
